  1. Using pharmacological methods to study the functions of the prefrontal cortex in cognitive neuroscience to develop new strategy for treatment of Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder in monkeys and rats;

  2. Using multiple-unit neuronal recording methods to study the functions of the prefrontal cortex in working memory to develop new strategy for treatment of Schizophrenia in monkeys;

  3. Using multiple-unit neuronal recording methods to develop primate model to to develop new strategy for treatment of spinal cord injury subjects via cortical controlling lower limb movement in monkeys.
