研究方向

1、植物群体基因组学研究:研究在栽培驯化和品种选育过程中植物基因组DNA多态性的变化规律,揭示作物起源和进化的分子过程与机理;重点研究在栽培驯化和品种选育过程中人工选择的靶基因或靶位点及其与植物重要性状形成的关系,进而分离鉴定控制植物重要性状的关键基因;

2、植物重要功能基因的分离、鉴定和利用研究:利用分子生物学技术等,从遗传学角度揭示作物发育过程中重要的形态和抗性性状的发育、遗传及进化机理,进而对作物重要的形态和抗性性状相关的功能基因进行分离、鉴定和产业化应用研究;

3、植物蛋白质组学研究:利用双向电泳、色谱和质谱分析等技术研究与植物遗传多样性、植物进化、植物形态发育、植物对非生物逆境(包括高温、低温、高盐和干旱等)和生物逆境(病虫害)的适应机制相关的功能蛋白质组。
